The second run of whitebait is a happening thing in Hawkes Bay. All the bait washed out by the big floods is now re entering the rivers as water levels recede. The whitebait are a bit skinnier after having already run up the rivers once but whitebaiters wont mind they only want quantity and there should be plenty of that.
The snapper don't know where the car park is! Sometimes it is better to travel than to arrive.
