You can tune up Andy's suggestion by using two live baits. The first one you slide is on a non return slider clip (tackle Tactics)it will fish its way right down to the sinker. It will not be able to swim back towards the rod. The second is on a trace with a float on it. This bait will not be able to travel down he line due to the float so will fish the kingiest area which is just behind the first wave.
