I note that back in 1999 Alan Parke weighed in a Crayfish, barely legal. A Paddle Crab of .5kg was weighed in that same year. Must have been something in the water. The Pania Club does recognise these two (must weigh in over 500gm's) and also Octopus. I haven't had any of the previous two over the scales in my time and not likely to either. Starfish, Paua and other shellfish, nope. Wild Seaweed, Sea Lettuce and the BOP Brown nylon grabbing variety will give you no points either. Never have, never will
