How about your tree? The Kahawai schools are here and having a right royal boil up, just need a load of puha to go with it. That means the snapper with be in close soon,the last 2 days have been warm and pushing a bit of warm water closer. Good size snapper have been caught just behind whale island and the rurimas. A trip to tarawera after the last storm revealed hundreds of scallops on the beach, but i searched for ages and didn't find any i could eat,B@@@ga Whitebait have been running slowly and only the patient take a small feed home for a fritter or two. Ohiwa has been a little slow lately but i would imagine that will change by the weekend as the whitebait travel in towards wainui.
