    Hi All

Went to the search function first before posting this. Went through the Breakaway thread. Saw someone mention rubber bands, so got some out and tried but couldnt work out anything there. Saw the mention of Gemini's which you can change the heads on. So checked them out. But really there is only a long wire type and a short wire type, so they arent exactly adjustable.

Why I am posting this is because I need to really strain on the rod to get a release. That is with the Bos brand.

So I sat down and did some thinking.

All one has to do is minimize the groove the wires clip into to. Ouch at one stage I was gonna cut the wires shorter. That would be hit and miss, to much and the effect is lost.

So the answer I came up with, wrap pvc tape around the grooves, as many winds as it takes to achieve the tension you want them to release at. So out with the tape and yep it works.

So yep I answered my own question I was going to post.

    Cheers Trev
