    The tensioning for the Gemini wires so done by pushing together or apart the two parallel wires that clip into the plastic head. The longer wires give more grip than the shorter option. There is also a small advantage in using the longer tail version to encourage the wires to dig
    in.
    In terms of the BOS leads this company did release a few years ago purple coloured rollers that fitted on the wires and sat in the grooves on the body once the wires were engaged. I think these have been discontinued but may still be in some shops.
