Fresh ideas Archived Message Posted by GaryK on 23/12/2011, 7:50 am Stopped in at one of my old guiding spots on the way home from Opotiki last week to see if I could score a couple of trout for the smoker. I wont say where it was but the trout were on the go and I landed four and lost a few in an hour and a half. Two for the smoker and some nice memories. Almost like a xmas present to myself. No monsters but good xmas smokers full of snails and red of flesh.
