    LMAO! Nice work Gary. Bang on. But really, who would bother with that much info, considering that particular rock is in 4m of water and my 4th choice of location. In all honesty that spot could be one of 3 in the area, but all good.

    I see mention of Marsden Cross. Its a good spot, but a helluva walk, so once again most people don't bother.

    There's so many places to try up here. I like to find a spot that suits what I'm looking for, and in this case it had to be reasonably daughter friendly or she wouldn't be able to come. Considering she loves it I couldn't bring myself to leave her home any more.

    I'm looking at another spot on the opposite side of the bay to take a look soon. I had to go out on a boat to reach an island I was working on and got to check out the whole area as we cruised past from the best view. Didn't get any depths, but found 2 rocks that looked awesome to fish from.

    I must admit that while I love the rocks, I miss the sand and am starting to look a bit further north for a surf beach to cast from. The long rods haven't been out for over 6 months and this time of year is perfect for dragging snaps up the beach.
