I use a 60 litre storage box from the warehouse I have about 3 inches of salt in it Place the bait on an inch of salt Cover the bait with salt about a couple inches thick Leave 24 hours shake off excess salt and remove Place in ziplock bag with a little Tuna oil over it to help reduce oxidation squeeze out excess air
