I used to play this game on Facebook and then I bought it for PC maybe two or three years ago. Kind of disappointing because I feel that they could have done a lot more with it but at least on the PC there's none of that "wait an hour for more moves" bullshit.
Anyway, I hadn't played it in ages but took it up again. This was a huge feat. I don't know what my old high score was but this game clearly smashed it. My first triple castle. I used the gems to get it, of course. It seems impossible to do it organically.
I think that the game got easier since I last played because there used to be loads of ninja bears that would overtake everything in the late game but in this game there weren't many. Never more than two at any given time and I'd get plenty of botkillers to take them out. Maybe there was an update to the game. If so, it was a wise decision. All of those ninja bears were annoying and resulted in unsatisfying game endings.
So nice game, I recommend it. It's maybe £5 on Steam. Oh wait. Just checked. £7. I don't think I can recommend it at that price. I know it's only a £2 difference but it's a very basic game.
You know what's annoying? Youtube's "recommended for you" videos. I might have watched ONE "top ten" video game-related video and now I'm swamped with annoying "Top ten (whatever)" bullshit video game videos. I'm not interested in that crap. So I click the "not interested" link but I still keep getting these videos.
It was worse a few weeks ago when I watched a video about steroid abuse and then suddenly I was getting unending video recommendations of shirtless guys with big sexy muscles. I clicked "not interested" on all of those videos for over a week.
