Currently downloading: every MAME rom in the known universe.

I'm not even interested but I want to see how these games perform on my computer. And it's so much easier to download roms these days. Gone are the days when you had to download each one individually from rom sites like some kind of caveman. Now you can download them all in one huge 42 gigabyte file (in the case of MAME) from via a torrent. Although, oddly I still got this from a rom site as opposed to a torrent site.

What else...nothing. Oh wait. Funny email from my ladyfriend. I've long complained to her about black women behaving poorly on the trains, pushing and whatnot. She always claimed that she doesn't see this and it's usually white men in suits who push her. I refuse to believe this.

Anyway, I told her that black people are the worst people in the world and she took offence. She suggests that the crime rate statistics and whatnot are made by white people and therefore not credible. How crazy is this?

You don't even need the figures. The evidence that black people are terrible is all around you. Not all black people are terrible, of course. But loads of them are. And when I was doing the court work, the vast majory of the violent crime cases were black guys. Plus gangsta rap.

I mean, there's loads of examples that one can give but she didn't want to hear it. You have to be honest, though. You can't ignore a mountain of evidence just because you don't like it.

It's like people think that Americans are loud and obnoxious. It's not really true, though. Only about 20% of them are. But 20% is still a lot. You can't dismiss this. All you can say is that many Americans are loud and obnoxious but I'm not and most Americans aren't.

Same with black people. "Many black people are violent and don't know how to behave but I'm not like that and most black people aren't like that." That's all she has to say. But she doesn't seem to believe this to be true. Madness.

Other happenings...oh, I saw an ad for a job in the Virgin Islands. It was expired by the time I saw it but that would be awesome. I wonder what the visa situation is. No visa required for US citizens. That's for the US Virgin Islands.

Let's check British Virgin Islands. That's weird. You do need a visa even if you're British.

But yeah, you can freely live and work in the US Virgin Islands if you're a US citizen. Great. Although, it's like 80% black.

What about these countries where they say people live on $2 a day? Like the Philippines and whatnot. Let's say I go crazy and spend $4/day. Would I be living high on the hog? I think I can swing $4/day. Why isn't everyone doing this?
