Finally downloaded all of these roms. There's about 30,000 of them. So 30,000 games. Holy crap. Awesome. But like 29,000 don't work.

MAME has always been somewhat difficult to use but this is ridiculous. So I looked it up and of course everyone has the same problem. Then some nerds tell them to do the research and you have to "audit" your roms and all of this shit. So I downloaded two such "audit" programs and they're completely incomprehensible.

Oh, I also updated all of my roms to the current version of MAME. This required another 7gigs of files on top of the 40 gigs of roms I initially downloaded.

So basically, it's total crap. I mean, Pac Man and Double Dragon and what work but loads of other games don't work. Not really worth the hassle. I think I might just erase this crap because it's taking an enormous amount of hard drive space.

In other news, I haven't been really using Tinder. Every other day I might "like" ten people. I'm waiting to take better pictures which may never happen.

But today I get a match that is probably some kind of scam. Mostly because she's 22. It's a white woman, presumably British.

On the other hand, she does that she's looking for a tall man. Over 5'9, at least. And she's an admin assistant so hardly an amazing job. And she can't spell "party" ("pardy") so not the brightest of women. So who knows? Maybe it's a young gold digger with daddy issues.
