I'm reminded of a conversation I had with a letting agent about her child having the chicken pox. I said, "Isn't there a vaccine for that now?" She said something about thinking that it doesn't work or something. I can't quite remember if there was some kind of anti-vaccine sentiment to this.
But yeah, everybody should be getting this chicken pox vaccine. Chicken pox is awful. I had it when I was...ten? Something like that. And there's a small scar on my forehead as a result.
I think that a lot of these women on Tinder had chicken pox too because I'm matching with a lot of women who also have scars on their foreheads. And it's just the sad reality that when you have scars or disfigurements or whatever, your dating options become smaller. That's why they're "liking" me, after all. Same with the unattractive women, single mothers, et cetera.
I had to LOL when I saw a woman on Tinder who works at the Student Loan Company. I saw a couple, actually. Maybe it was the same person recycled.
That's another thing. In London, it was common to see women with high-paying jobs on these sites: doctors, lawyers, bankers, whatever. In Glasgow, it's a lot of retail, restaurant, stay at home mum, et cetera. And of course "stay at home mum" is not real work, that's why you don't get paid for it.
Now where was I? I guess that was about it. Still playing Mount & Blade: Warband or whatever it's called. I don't even have an objective at this point. I'm just marching my dudes up and down Ireland and attacking random bands of brigands. I'm making a lot of money by selling the loot but...to what end? It's like life, I guess.
