Most of the courts seem to be in the "Central Belt", I think it's called. This is the area between Glasgow and Edinburgh.
So...I'm thinking that Edinburgh would be best again. This way, I'd still only be 90 minutes from Glasgow (which isn't unreasonable since I'm already 90 minutes from Edinburgh and get regular work there) and I'd also have access to the courts in the eastern part of Scotland.
And assuming that I get most of my work in Edinburgh, I'd just be able to walk to work much of the time. So that's a big advantage.
Another advantage is the lack of rental accomodation in these smaller towns. Perth had a handful but Stirling literally had six places available when I checked and most of those ads were old and probably for places which are no longer available.
Edinburgh has a wide number of properties available and at all price points. Good luck finding luxury accomodation in these small towns.
In other news, making some tacos. I made some about three days ago too. You have to buy enough meat and shit for two batches because the cheese and tomatos come in packages that are enough for two.
I was looking at my spices and some of them expired as far away as 2014. But I looked it up and there's no health concern for using expired spices. Just a flavour issue. They lose their potency, allegedly. They still smelled strong to me so I went with it.
Yeah...tastes alright.
