Hatfield was a good sport about the transfer. The idiots at the webhosting company apparently suggested to him that he should just transfer the account over to me and then I'll put my details in and make the payment. That can't possibly be the best course of action and it's rife for abuse. Hatfield's credit card was still on there. Potentially, I could have just charged the fees on to his card. I'm an honest person so I deleted his card information after I put my own in but it's a bit ridiculous.
And his password and whatever else is on there. I changed all of that but again, this is not a secure way to do things.
I doubt that I even locked everything down, not that I think Hatfield is going to cause any mischief but still. This is not secure.
So...after I download all of this shit, I'm going to see about putting the site back up. It's surprisingly voluminous. I thought that the site was just text interviews and whatnot. A lot of this stuff might be personal files. I'm going to send it to him.
In other news, got myself some Fire Pro Wrestling Returns. Oh man, it's...well, I don't know. It's Fire Pro. Looks pretty awesome so far. But it's early access so doesn't have all the features and there's some oversights. It will all be hammered out. I'm trying to do my first transfer from Fire Pro Returns. I went with Rikishi. It's going reasonably okay but...oh man...literally eight hours of working on that edit and I'm still not done. It gets a lot faster once you know all the quirks but this is a real time committment. And for Rikishi? No disrespect to the man, he comes from a great wrestling family which includes Hollywood star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson but Rikishi isn't a favourite of mine. I only chose him because I knew which head was his.
