I was searching for the world's worst tv shows and The Single Guy appeared. I remember this. It was a Seinfeld rip off. They had a number of shows like this in the 1990s.

I remember watching it but I don't remember anything about it other than this charisma-free Jew who was the titular Single Guy.

I think the problem is that it was only on for two seasons and had a revolving cast. It was also, apparently, extensively re-tooled between seasons 1 and 2.

So I looked for an episode on Youtube. I found this one:

I just had it on as background noise when I heard an obnoxious posh English accent. So I checked it out. Wait...is that that horrible woman from the Wonder Years? It is! Karen, I think. The hippied daughter who was gradually written out of the show for being terrible.

But here she is in The Single Guy with her natural, obnoxious accent. Apparently, she was in 22 episodes. So that's the entire second season. He's this guy's girlfriend. It's not much of a Single Guy if he has a live-in girlfriend for the entire second season.

Anyway, she's awful in this. But so is everyone. The writing is unbelievably bad. It's the most generic, paint-by-numbers, lowest common denominator, pile of shit ever made. Not even Ernest Borgnine can save this.

It seems that this was the last substantial role that she had. She also has done a lot of voice work for cartoons and whatever.

Oddly, she's not listed on The Single Guy's Wikipedia page. I had to go to IMDB.com to find her.

Is her horrible podcast still going? Tough to say. No dates are given. Ah. They're given on a different site. No, it's noe. The last one was in December of last year.

So many of these podcasts are just awful. Even the Genius, Lanny Poffo, couldn't pull it off.

Twenty fabulous episodes of the Genius-cast. His co-host was horrendous. He kept apologising for how bad he is. "Just give me a chance. That's all I ask. It's my first time doing this." No, it was so unbelievably bad.

Mike Tyson had a horrible podcast too. Awful, awful Jewish co-host. It was also a horrible format. They'd break it up into two parts and they seemed to interview complete nobodies in among the big names.

He has a Youtube podcast now, though. I saw one episode. It was watchable but I didn't go back for more.
