Got a saab 95 in with a bad bottom end rattle the customer told me it had just had a service and a flush so we pulled sump off for a look to find the oil feed pipe to be blocked with loose dirt stripped off of the inside of engine,(car had done 60000 miles with dealer history)customer contacted forte and after they inspected engine and a sample from oil feed strainer they gave him £1000 towards repair,What a result and only took 4 weeks sounds like forte are a good company if you do have a problem.
