Thanks for reply.Reading the small print its a 12 month contract,£800 marketing fee up front which includes a glossy brochure & entries in several magazines & websites etc.SBS Commercial vet all prospective purchasers & chase up solicitors etc for a commission of 3%(minimum fee £4000).It also appears that if you sell during that period even if they have not introduced that person the commission is still payable.
As in all trades there are good & bad so I ask are these guys good!!!
