If any of you guys use the above you may be due to run into a problem. The MAM software depends on you filling in the monthly MOT returns to build the MOT database. We started the computerised system about this time last year and don't need to send in the monthly returns anymore. However when I came to do the May reminders there were only 8 MOTs on the system.

After talking to MAM and letting them look at our backup CD they confirmed the problem.

The MOT reminders bring us in a massive amount of work so it's important to us. There is another way around it using the invoice search which has an MOT on it. The only difference is it won't print the exact date due (Month only) and you will have to alter the Text every month.
