No Graham, Your not the only one, I am getting pretty fed up with my staff using their mobiles during working hours and they either don't realise or don't care how much time they are wasting by doing this. I also have several other issues to sort out in the near future as if we want to become profitable, we need to put more effort into working and less into talking to freinds and family.
