Very similar Schedule to what we produce,but yours more professional i may change over?,Just a couple comments to consider for your next upgrade.
We now include a/c temp check;
ambient temp =
vent temp =
Brings in a/c work

Also on brake check we record percentage worn for pads/discs ect.
Like cam belts we tend to put it in black/white saves probs if customer comes back in 3 months with pad welded to disc,they had been warned.
