Service Schedule Update
Posted by Peter Warman on February 7, 2007, 9:15 pm Just to let members know that an updated Service Schedule is now available for members to download The Service Schedule now incorporates a Timing Belt section, this is a direct result of various threads on the forums that raise concerns when servicing modern vehicles When your customer collects their vehicle, you should advice them that a Timing Belt is overdue or requires replacing at the service interval. Once the customer has been advised you can tick the last box, this should avoid any future miss understandings The UKAT Service Schedule has been designed and tweaked over the last 6 years by Independent Garage owners, not someone sitting behind a desk or companies promoting it's products (no offence intended) I would say this earns it the top slot as an "Industry Standard Service Schedule" Please remember that using this Service Schedule during a new vehicles warranty period may invalidate that vehicles warranty Peter
