Hi, I don't know if you guys find that nearly every MOT fails on the headlamp beams these days. Just today had a customer stormed out having another garage check the car over recently including beam setting. We proved recently a number of cars where we set the beams correctly and then operate the headlamp levelers several times to find one headlamp too low and the other too high or both too low or high.

Has anyone else found this to be so. I'm sure a lot of our customers feel we are adding the small charge we make when we can adjust, just to inflate our MOT bill. What sort of problems do you other MOT stations find on this issue?
