why did YOUR customer go to main dealer instead of you? If you feel so strongly about it maby you should supply YOUR customer with a car this would show him that his loyalty should lie with the guy who looks after him not the tit that holds on to his car for 2 days with no result. the technology is out there to sort this car if you don't already have it maby an independent in your area might be able to help. keep the main dealers out of the loop(they not only do it to us, but they try to mislead us with bull shit)
