Hi Sean, I have a document I cribbed off a local reputable dealer it is 17 pages long and I have modified it over the years out of all recognition into a 32 page document. All the legal requirements are in it and and it does contain equal opportunity's and ethical statements etc.

It has proved to be a very good basis on which we have based our company policy. You are welcome to have a copy just contact me through the data base & I will email you a copy as long as you promise to delete all references to my garage.
