I have a quality policy that I apply to my business that is unwritten.(apart from those that are statutory of course) My word is my bond & all that! Is this a statement of ethics that you are intending to use, for promotional or legal reasons? Just wandering Cheers now. Dave (Hill)

Re: Quality policy
Posted by Sean Connelly on August 7, 2007, 8:36 am, in reply to "Re: Quality policy" The reason i was asking is we are filling in a tender document to renew our Taxi Testing contract with the local council and its one of the question they ask (along with Health & Safety, Employment & Training Policy, etc). I haven't a problem writing one, but thought I'd check first to see if I could save some time....it all has to be in by Friday! Thanks Sean

You are welcome to have a copy just contact me through the data base & I will email you a copy as long as you promise to delete all references to my garage. John Kennard
