Hi Peter. I had a problem with a KA P/Steering rack which was supplied in a faulty state from a Factor. I claimed a labour charge from them which took an absolute age to receive although they did eventually pay. The really annoying thing was that I had originally ordered the rack at about triple the price from a main dealer only for that to turn up labelled correctly but was in fact for LHD no less! They just shrugged their shoulders and said they would order another with no guarantee that it would be correct, hence the pattern part. Makes for a fun life though!
