You should have been left a from that listed the shortfalls/suggestions at the time of the visit. If you did not receive that you should contact your area office.
However, I have heard of one or two stations who received a clean sheet who are still in the low green and they are unable to find out the reason why. Not very helpful if you are trying to raise standards and achieve a better rating is it!
