Are you sure its a 4103 4tonne as these are shown as a three tonne?
We have a 4403 4 tonne as part of our ATL. The whole installation is kack to my mind. It being trouble from the outset.
After the expiry of our warranty MSI a sister company of Bradbury decided all the components they had repaired now needed replacement these included a 400.00ukp lead light!
Our problems where not just related to the lift but also software and the brake tester. We found Bradbury rep Andy Malone? to be next to useless and as for his manager he didn't respond to my Emails. Judging from other members of this site I am not alone in being ignored. I kept a log of the call outs and the reasons on a s/sheet and this proved useful in arguing our case. Eventually, with the help of the office manager, the charges were absorbed by Bradbury.
I would never buy Bradbury equipment again. Being hung out while Bradbury and MSI (both related companies) slogged it out and us with no means of testing is not an experience I would want to even take a chance of repeating.
I have managed to deter a number of people from purchasing Bradbury stuff by recounting my experiences with this company and I take comfort in that.
I would advise you log everything including phone calls and put in writing now to Bradbury (recorded delivery)your feelings and head it Complaint
What are the specific problems you are having?
