Evidence, if any was needed, not ever to admit members of the public or anyone else not employed by you into your workshop. Contractors etc.,must wear safety specs and protective foot wear or sign a disclaimer.
One of my friends has just retired after many years with a UK importer of construction equipment. No-one goes into their workshops without full protective kit. They are big enough to have their own company lawyer, most of us ain't.
