well guys apart from myself i don't know anybody who is stupid enough to join two houses together. well i am,and not only have i reduced the value of the houses by doing so but i would imagine with this credit crunch I'm probably creeping into negative equity.
so this weekend sitting there amongst the ruins i have created, like a broke ass b-tch i decided i would remove the cast iron bath from one of the bathrooms and weigh it in especially as the value of scrap has been so high lately.

any guesses as to how much i got for this very heavy cast bath
