I won't use on anything German now after an incident with a 20v A4. It came in with a slight rattle on start up ie for 1-2 seconds so flushed it & after oil change it rattled for England basically finshed off the vvt/tensioner unit at rear of head between cams & as it came in for noise anyhow & was a friends it wasn't a major problem .

However if it was booked for service & customer hadn't mentioned about a noise on first start in morning you'd have trouble trying to explain that & although all the reps say the product is under warranty I wouldn't risk finding out how well they stand on with that for the sake of a fivers profit.

As far as I know no German make recommend the use of flushes so for that & above reasons we don't flush them or as Paul says anything still under 3yrs old.
