With an ever shrinking car sales market, tens of thousands being laid off world wide, factories being mothballed, could Mr Sarkozy's comment spark a withdrawal of some manufacturers from foreign shores. Close overseas plants and give the jobs to workers back home?
Protectionism is illegal.....but if needs must when the chips are down. If thats the case its goodby to the UK motor industry
