I read that the vehicles must be British made so that will limit the choice, another thing even with £2000 off, to get something good you would still need £8000 - 10000, who would want to borrow the way things are at the moment ?, bit of a non-starter scheme I think, I will stick with my 1996 4x4 18 mpg its great.
