We keep getting e-mails from this company, and others like it, asking us to subscribe. Part of me thinks it's a good idea and could generate some extra business but I'm concerned that if all of us independant garages start signing up to schemes like this and become fitting centres for on-line tyre retailers we're going to shoot ourselves in the foot. For a reasonable amount of money, it's possible to design (or have someone do it for you) a website which can attract people doing on-line searches. Also, if we all stopped providing the donkey work for these internet retailers & other schemes they would have no business & the work would come to us as it always has done. ie. do a good job for a fair price & word soon goes out.
