YES THEY WILL. Even if they are not allowed to, They Still do, and also they use the Case that some Manufacturers Warranties are only 12 months, But they offer a further 2 year extended warranty for "GOODWILL" but that only applies to the Customers that have their cars serviced at their garage.

If Anything does go wrong, then the customer can lose out Big Style.

If theres a loophole to get out of warranty repairs then they will find it, ( knowing that most customers would not know the legalities or not bother to follow it up in court )
