Interested in the comment about a price reduction from a factor when prompted. I have certainly found this to be true on several occasions usually when they thought I was off to the main dealer. Why do we have to constantly prompt/ask for this?
On different note I questioned my house insurer when the renewal arrived and was told that as I had been with them many years they would like to deduct £250.00 from my premium (which put them in line with my alternative quotes). Had I not rang them they would have quite happily received the higher amount.
It seems that it isn't only our trade that suffers from this!
PS Even got a reduction on my motor trade policy cost.
