This may seem a silly post but I was wandering if anybody had any good ideas to drum up more work by investing in equipment etc.
We already do mots, diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
What about air con service or 4 wheel tracking. Anybody invested in air con and had good out come?
Any ideas appreciated .
