Earlier today we had (unexpected) a rep from Snap-on equipment come round to talk about our requirements and to have a quick measure up.

Although all the engineers are the same as Snap-on via the tool van they seem a little more competetive although i haven't actually had the quote yet.

I just don't know what or who to believe regarding the manufacturer of any ramp. Snap-on say there's are weirter (not sure how its spelt) and Sanp-on equipment say they use the same or OMA but branded John Bean.

From what i've been told most are made either by Weirter of Italy. I was even told Rotary aren't what they are and are no longer American but infact Italian.

At a lost to be honnest. They all seem to be around the £30k upwards depending on your specs.

Backup is one thing that needs to be considered so would you be gauranteed this with cheaper installations.
