Hi Graham yes we was contacted by Citroen, they wanted us to confirm that we had purchased and fitted the new bags also asked me to fax a copy of our receipt. The dealer had told Citroen that they had fitted the faulty bag and tried to charge them the labour. She had the recall done at another dealer a few days later. I don't know what the outcome was regarding the dealer trying to charge Citroen. The Customer is a barrister, not the sort of person you want to get on the wrong side of. I bet she can be a right b###h when she wants.
