I’ll keep this short as I'm sure you all know the score now and are probably fed up reading this....

On Sunday 15th September, Louise & I will be running the Great North Run for the 13th time. As always we like to try and raise as much money for charity as we can and this year is no different, except it’s a different charity!

This year we've chosen the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity who have eight regional family support teams who every year help hundreds of families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness whose lives are turned upside down as a result.

Therefore, we welcome all sponsorship no matter how big or small so please help us help them!
