Had a phone call from the Customer this afternoon asking me if the AA had rang to give us authorisation, he told me that he had been on to them asking why they insist on using the cheapest parts available when they charge him over £300 per year for cover etc etc etc. About an hour later the AA rang and give us the go a head for the job and the storage charges. I don't see why I should drop prices for these warranty companies, I told them there discount is the 30 days credit they get. And if it happens again take the breakdowns elsewhere.
