Appears to depend on the dealer, our local MB dealer has been restricting sales of parts like EIS units that for 3years or more now, but the one further up the road will even supply FDOK codes ?!?

Block exemption excluded security related parts/info etc which is why the OE Diagnostic Tools offered to independents are often missing anything to do with security.
