We have changed over to the ECP system. It is identical to Kis in usage, but using Ecp is not as good an experience as when we used Unipart.
Deliveries are an issue, good to start with, now dropping off and sometimes having to wait up to 4 hours for parts deliveries.
We have spoken to them and it improved, but yesterday ordered some parts at 08.20, on line, and they turned up at 12.10.
We do have a Motor Parts Direct opening soon, with the ex branch manager and staff of Unipart, where is that Ecp Autowork contract??
