I have 209 litre type drums for oil filters, waste coolant and waste brake fluid.

They leave me alone and I let them know when I need a collection.

As they also collect my waste oil I haven't been charged for these collections for a couple of years now. Some companies will pay for waste oil, but then I will be charged for collecting my hazardous waste.

Although with the price of new oil coming crashing down I suspect the value of waste oil will come down and that means I will be charged next time round.

With Oakwood there is no contract signed or ongoing commitment, its a phone call when you need them.
