I also noticed today that on the new system all my customers details and Mot due dates I had typed in with Autovista have gone! No where to be seen on the new system. Next, when I tried to log onto the old Autovista to see if I could save these it informed me I only had one days subscription left but in reality it should not expire until next January.
Went to go back onto the new system but now using shortcut (to Internet explorer as my default web browser) whereas previously I had accessed it through Firefox which I use for emails, and error message appeared saying not enough log on available-contact support. So I had to use Firefox to get back in, must be only one browser as well as only one computer!
Tony - No, I was only on the bronze package but appear to have moved down to something less.
From what I can see I don't have access to half the things I would with the E3Technical package or the old Autovista (such as wheel alignment, I now have to use a calculator to convert degrees to mm whereas with Autovista you just hovered over the measurement and the converted figure appeared. List of last vehicles showed reg and vehicle, now it only shows reg).
