There are better quality and much cheaper alternatives to everything they sell, from cabinets to scanners.
We were having this discussion in the 80's
Spend 20k with snap-on and you get a great tool box and not enough tools to complete a routine service, or 20k at the local factors and get enough kit to do most everything just not as shinny but the warranty will be just as good and you wont be left in tears when you leave the 13mm from you fancy set under the bonnet never to be seen again.
Ps I do mainly MOT's now and in the last 12 months I have acquired 4 sockets, 2 screwdrivers, 4 spanners, 1 pair of pliers and a rechargeable inspection lamp. All snap-on
