I think a 50% pass rate for an open book exam which is multi-choice is absolutely ridiculous, any person off the street with a reasonable education should be able to pass that test - so what are DVSA saying about an NT's ability?

And why is an on-line test costing anything - it's all automated and if they did charge it certainly should not cost any more than an actual Mot test fee (which they keep telling us can be down to £9.99).
