How does everybody feel about having a Motor Trade Ombudsman when you have to pay a fee to his organisation for their services?

I can't recall having to pay any other ombudsman like Ofwat, Ofcom, Local council ombudsman, etc.

Do you think this will help or hinder the current view of the motor trade?
