Is it me or is any one else struggling to find experience technicians ???

I have been advertising with Indeed for the last six weeks, re worded add to offer any candidates my business when I retire in 5 years (rent building and a little goodwill).
Not one replied, meanwhile Indeed taking my money.

I have also taken on an Apprentice, when advertised that job collage said will have at least 15 applicants TWO
One not suitable, the lad I did take lives a good 45 mins drive don't think he will stick it.

Are we a dyeing Breed??
